Crossroads Care Kent is honouring staff members who have achieved significant service milestones, recognising those reaching 10 and 20 years of employment for their unwavering commitment, compassion, and support to carers and their families.
Two employees received 20-year service awards: Suzanne Davis and Mandy Metcalfe, whose decades of dedication are a testament to their passion for care.
Seven staff members received 10-year awards: Claudia McErlane, Carol McElwaine, Kim Hunt, Michelle Johns, Tracey Woodger, Tammy Maryon, and Viv Harper — essential contributors providing consistent, reliable, and compassionate support.
